The information center allows you to receive messages from Kardi Ai directly in the application.

The Information Center is located in the Kardi Ai application in the Messages tab.

• Each new message is displayed on the home screen.

• Clicking on a message opens the notification center, which contains the details of all received messages.

• Some messages may contain a link to the Kardi Ai company website. In this case, clicking on the message will open a new window with the corresponding web page.

Messages can be:

• Technical alerts

  • The belt has a low battery level and the battery needs to be replaced.

• Subscription information

  • The Kardi Ai service subscription is ending.

  • Instructions for subscription renewal.

• Information about the number of measurements

  • Notification about an insufficient number of ECG measurements.

• Commercial communications

  • Ongoing promotions and discounts.

  • Only with consent to receive commercial communications.

• Tips and tricks

  • Recommendations for better use of the application.
