# Banda muy sucia

#### Para la limpieza, prepare:

* Un recipiente con agua tibia
* Un detergente suave

### Procedimiento de limpieza

1. **Desconectar el sensor:** Desconecte suavemente el sensor de la banda pectoral.
2. **Preparar la solución:** En el recipiente con agua tibia (40 °C), añada unas gotas de detergente suave y mezcle bien.
3. **Sumergir la banda en la solución:** Sumerja la banda pectoral en la solución jabonosa preparada.
4. **Eliminación mecánica de la suciedad:** Frote suavemente con los dedos la parte de goma de la banda que entra en contacto con el cuerpo.
5. **Remojar la banda:** Deje la banda en remojo durante al menos 15 minutos para que la suciedad se ablande.
6. **Enjuagar la banda:** Una vez finalizada la limpieza, enjuague bien la banda con agua limpia.
7. **Secar la banda:** Antes de volver a usarla, deje que la banda se seque durante **al menos 1 hora**.
