# Android-apparaten (Samsung, Xiaomi,...)

1. **App-instellingen openen**

   Ga in de **Kardi Ai**-app <img src="/files/dFU3hTMict0QCFbbzKpg" alt="" data-size="line"> naar de instellingen (het tandwielicoon).
2. **Over de app**

   Klik in de instellingen op **Over de app**.
3. **Applicatielogs**

   Klik op **Applicatielogs**.
4. **Foutopsporingslogs inschakelen (optioneel)**

   In sommige gevallen is het nodig om de foutopsporingslogs in te schakelen met de schakelaar – de klantenondersteuning zal u informeren als deze nodig zijn.
5. **Logs delen**

   Klik op de knop **Logs verzenden**.
6. **Logs verzenden**

   Stuur het bestand via **WhatsApp naar +420 779 998 100** of **per e-mail naar <podpora@kardi.ai>**.
