# iOS-apparaten (iPhone, iPad,...)

1. **Open de app-instellingen**

   Ga in de **Kardi Ai**-app <img src="/files/dFU3hTMict0QCFbbzKpg" alt="" data-size="line"> naar de instellingen (tandwielicoon).
2. **Over de app**

   Klik in de instellingen op **Over de app**.
3. **Applicatielogs**

   Klik op **Applicatielogs**.
4. **Logs delen**

   Klik op de knop **Logbestanden delen**.
5. **Logs versturen**

   Stuur het bestand via **WhatsApp naar +420 779 998 100** of **per e-mail naar <podpora@kardi.ai>**.
