# Dispozitive iOS (iPhone, iPad,...)

1. **Deschideți setările aplicației**

   În aplicația **Kardi Ai** <img src="/files/Gf5VL5zyGXZaxkySgAmE" alt="" data-size="line"> accesați setările (pictograma roții dințate).
2. **Despre aplicație**

   În setări, faceți clic pe **Despre aplicație**.
3. **Jurnalele aplicației**

   Faceți clic pe **Jurnalele aplicației**.
4. **Partajarea jurnalelor**

   Faceți clic pe butonul **Trimite jurnalele**.
5. **Trimiterea jurnalelor**

   Trimiteți fișierul prin **WhatsApp la +420 779 998 100** sau **prin e-mail la <podpora@kardi.ai>**.
