On this page you will find the current list of supported operating system versions and the minimum technical requirements that your device must meet in order to use Kardi Ai safely.

Kardi Ai Mobile Application

Phone with Android

Android 8.0 and newer

Phone with iOS (iPhone)

iOS 15 and newer

The phone must also support Bluetooth protocol version 4.0 or higher – this is how the chest strap communicates with the application.

The fact that the application installs on your phone confirms that the phone meets the minimum software requirements. All Apple phones support the Bluetooth communication protocol. If you use an Android phone, check your phone's specifications.

For Android phones, there are third-party applications (such as BLE Checker – Check Bluetooth Low Energy) that can verify support for the Bluetooth communication protocol.

The Kardi Ai application can optionally also be used on Apple Watch in a complementary mode, with watchOS 26 or newer. Apple Watch is not required for using Kardi Ai and does not serve to measure or evaluate ECG – the mobile phone meeting the requirements above remains the primary device.

Kardi Ai Web Interface

The Kardi Ai web interface is intended for physicians and is launched in a web browser.

Requirements for Safe Use

The device must use an operating system version supported by the manufacturer, for which security updates are issued.

If the manufacturer has ended support for the operating system version in use, the device must not continue to be used with the Kardi Ai application until the operating system is updated or another supported device is used.
