Personal Information

In the Personal Information section, you will find your personal and contact details. This guide will walk you through viewing and editing them directly in the Kardi Ai app.

In the Personal Information section, you will find an overview of your personal and contact details that are linked to your Kardi Ai account.

Displayed information

• Title before the name and title after the name
• First name and last name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• E-mail
• Phone number
• Language for messages and e-mails

Editing personal information

1. Open the app settings
   In the Kardi Ai app go to the Settings tab.
2. Open Personal Information
   Click on the Personal Information item.
3. Activate editing
   In the top right corner, click the Edit button. A pencil icon will appear next to each field.
4. Edit the desired information
   Click on the field you want to change and enter the new details.
5. Save the changes
   Confirm and save the changes you have made.
