Personal Information

In the Personal Information section you will find your personal and contact details. This guide will walk you through viewing and editing them directly in the Kardi Ai app.

In the Personal Information section you will find an overview of your personal and contact details, which are linked to your Kardi Ai account.

Displayed details

• Title before the name and title after the name
• First name and last name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• E-mail
• Phone number
• Language for sending messages and e-mails

Editing personal details

1. Open the app settings
   In the Kardi Ai app go to the Settings tab.
2. Open Personal Information
   Click on the Personal Information item.
3. Activate editing
   In the top right, click the Edit button. A pencil icon will appear next to each field.
4. Edit the required details
   Click on the field you want to change and enter the new information.
5. Save the changes
   Confirm and save the changes you have made.

Language for sending messages and e-mails determines the language in which you will receive messages and e-mails from Kardi Ai. This is a different setting than the language of the app itself - to change the app language, continue to Changing the Kardi Ai app language.
