Contract Withdrawal

You can purchase the Kardi Ai home monitoring kit from your attending physician, on the Kardi Ai website, or from one of our business partners (e.g., Pilulka pharmacy).

If you need to return the kit, you have several options:

  1. For Kardi Ai purchased from your attending physician, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of payment.

  2. For Kardi Ai purchased through the Kardi Ai website, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the package.

  3. When withdrawing from a contract for Kardi Ai purchased through a business partner, follow the instructions of the seller.

Return Conditions for the Kardi Ai Kit

If you decide to return the kit for any reason after receiving it, please follow these instructions:

  • The returned kit must be unopened and undamaged. If the device or chest strap is damaged in any way, we will not accept your return.

  • For hygiene reasons, the Kardi Ai kit can only be returned in unopened packaging.

Be careful not to break the security seal on the Kardi Ai kit packaging, which contains the sensor and chest strap.

If the Kardi Ai kit is delivered to you by a courier service, do not accept the package if the packaging is damaged in any way!

Follow these steps to return the Kardi Ai kit:
