Restarting Kardi Ai

In case of technical difficulties with the Kardi Ai app, a restart of the app may be necessary. Follow these steps:

Make sure you have the latest version of the Kardi Ai app installed.

  1. Disconnect the chest strap.

    • Open the Kardi Ai app.

    • Click on the Settings tab.

    • Proceed to About the app.

    • Press the Disconnect app button.

    • Close the app.

  2. Uninstall the Kardi Ai app .

    Hold the app icon and select the option to delete/remove the app.

  3. Check Bluetooth.

    Make sure the sensor is not in the list of devices.

  4. Check the battery.

    • The metal contact plate for the battery must not be damaged.

    • The inserted battery must have the negative pole facing out.

    • The battery must be a Panasonic or Duracell brand.

    • The battery cover seal must not be damaged.

    • The battery cover must be carefully snapped into place.

  5. Install the Kardi Ai app .

    Download the app from the , or .

  6. Pair the chest strap and the app.

    • Log in using the QR code located inside the Kardi Ai kit (the QR code can be sent to your email using the LOST CODE RECOVERY function).

    • Allow access to Bluetooth, location, and notifications.

    • Active internet connection via Wi-Fi or mobile data is required for pairing.

  7. Check the connection.

    Snap the sensor onto the chest strap and attach it to your chest.

After a successful connection, the READY TO RECORDING message will appear in the app.
