Chest strap firmware update

How to check for and install a new firmware version of the chest strap in the Kardi Ai app.

For a successful firmware update, you must wear the chest strap with the sensor on your body and the app must be connected to the strap via Bluetooth.

warning

The firmware cannot be updated during an ongoing ECG measurement. End the measurement before updating.

1. Open the app settings

   In the Kardi Ai app go to settings (gear icon).

2. About the app

   In the settings, click on About the app.

3. Service events

   Click on Service events.

4. Belt firmware update

   Click on Belt firmware update.

5. Check the strap connection

   • Put the chest strap with the sensor on your chest.
   • Wait until Bluetooth connected is displayed.
   • The sensor battery level is shown next to it.

6. Check for a new version

   Click the Check for New Version button. The app will check whether a newer firmware version is available for your chest strap.
