Restarting Kardi Ai
In case of technical difficulties with the Kardi Ai app, a restart of the app may be necessary. Follow these steps:
Make sure you have the latest version of the Kardi Ai app installed.
Disconnect the chest strap.
Open the Kardi Ai app.
Click on the Settings tab.
Proceed to About the app.
Press the Disconnect app button.
Close the app.
Uninstall the Kardi Ai app .
Hold the app icon and select the option to delete/remove the app.
Check Bluetooth.
Make sure the sensor is not in the list of devices.
Check the battery.
The metal contact plate for the battery must not be damaged.
The inserted battery must have the negative pole facing out.
The battery must be a Panasonic or Duracell brand.
The battery cover seal must not be damaged.
The battery cover must be carefully snapped into place.
Install the Kardi Ai app .
Download the app from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery.
Pair the chest strap and the app.
Log in using the QR code located inside the Kardi Ai kit (the QR code can be sent to your email using the LOST CODE RECOVERY function).
Allow access to Bluetooth, location, and notifications.
Active internet connection via Wi-Fi or mobile data is required for pairing.
Check the connection.
Snap the sensor onto the chest strap and attach it to your chest.
After a successful connection, the READY TO RECORDING message will appear in the app.
