The strap size doesn’t fit me, what should I do?

The strap size must fit you; it shouldn’t be too large—it needs to be tightened properly to ensure the quality of the recording. If the size is inappropriate, please contact our customer support at +420 779 998 100 or at support@kardi.ai, and we will resolve the situation.

“Noise detected - check the strap” appears during measurement, what should I do?

Check the strap positioning according to How to Put on the Chest Strap. Ensure that the chest strap is clean and not damaged. Follow the instructions in Chest Strap Maintenance.

How do I replace the chest strap battery?
The strap is visibly worn, what should I do?

Document the wear and tear on the strap and send it to us at support@kardi.ai. Everything has its lifespan, and we care about ensuring the quality of your recordings. For chest strap maintenance, proceed to Chest Strap Maintenance.

The subscription is ending, how should I proceed?

A month before the subscription ends, an email with instructions on how to proceed will be sent. Proceed to Subscription Extension.

I will no longer be using the Kardi Ai service, what should I do with the strap?

The strap is yours to keep; it was provided as a personal accessory. For hygiene reasons, it cannot be used by another person. Please keep it in case you decide to use our service again in the future.
