To best resolve any technical issues with the Kardi Ai app, please send the application logs to our customer support.

1. Open the app settings

   In the Kardi Ai app go to settings (gear icon).

2. About the app

   In the settings, click on About the app.

3. Application logs

   Click on Application logs.

4. Sharing logs

   Click the Send logs button.

5. Sending logs

   Send the file via WhatsApp to +420 779 998 100 or by e-mail to support@kardi.ai.

After receiving the logs, customer support will diagnose the problem and inform you about the next steps.
